Devanet design and manufacture solid brass buckles at their factory in Congleton Cheshire, using high speed CNC machinery and 3D Modelling software to create quality products which are enhanced by careful tumbling, polishing and plating. Devanet can produce both pin and plate style to order.

Solid brass buckles can also be custom designed and manufactured using state of the art 3d modelling, 3d rapid prototypes and casting to any given shape and size, included in the article can be your own company brand or logo. The standard cast range of solid brass buckles are made by our partner foundry who we have worked with for over 7 years in Italy, they produce buckles to our requirements which we then finish to customer requirements. The cast range are more orientated toward pin style buckles, bespoke brass buckles are made by us in the UK.
