Devanét® design, manufacture and supply a whole range of carbon fibre based leather goods and flexible carbon fibre gifts. For flexible requirements we use genuine plain weave 200g carbon fibre fabric, this top quality flexible carbon fibre sheet is perfect for many applications where a carbon fibre finish is required without the need for the structural properties of conventional cured carbon fibre and this is applied in the manufacture of various gifts Devanét® designs, this includes belts, leather goods and travel accessories.

The next level is 2.5 mm thick heavy duty flexible carbon fibre. The material is resistant to chemicals and U.V. light. It is extremely durable with a gloss surface finish, we use this the manufacture of our luggage tags and custom made die cut components.

Our solid Pre-peg Carbon fibre sheet is used predominantly as special inserts and milled to specific shapes by us on our CNC machinery. Designed to meet the most exacting standards of any carbon fibre sheet, we only use 100% prepreg carbon fibre to make our products, this is the best material for providing strength, lustre and durability and we can custom design carbon fibre based products to include a range of thicknesses from 0.25 mm to 3 mm thick for keyrings for example, not only can we mill the sheet but also fabricate other elements to offer a finished product. Please note we do not mould carbon fibre from layers.

Wallets

The range of wallets offered by Devanet are RFID safe in that they offer additional protection from RFID skimming,These products will help keep you safe, but they are no replacement for safe habits and exercising caution. They nevertheless afford the user with some additional RFID blocking to protect personal information and make and ideal gift.

Belts

Carbon fibre belts are manufactured with top grain leather as the base material, enhanced with carbon fibre laminated to the leather and produced as a belt, the buckle that complements the products can be a standard pin buckle or a plate buckle with a carbon fibre insert.

Components

Milled or cut to specific shapes can all be supplied to order, in both flexible and rigid cured prepeg carbon fibre. Milling area is 600 x 400 mm

Gift Boxes

We design cardboard gift boxes that are laminated with carbon fibre printed papers, to complete the package, logos or designs can be printed onto the boxes. Minimum order is 50 boxes of any size.
