Devanét® metal belt loops are all custom made to customer requirements, from the standard flat loop design to a bespoke branded belt loop are all designed and produced at our factory in Cheshire England.

Belt loops are made from solid brass or aluminium, machined and milled to your size and precision etched to include a design or logo. The belt loop is then shaped, tumled and polished ready for plating. Our own plating system includes nickel silver, 24 carat gold, black nickel, silver, brass and anodised aluminium.

Devanét® design and produce metal belt keepers in solid brass up to 12 mm wide, precision machined with inside widths and dimensions to customer requirements, metal keepers or loops and exlcusively made by Devanet® at their factory in Congleton. Various options from rounded edges to flat 90 degree angles, wall thickness from 1 mm to 3 mm and various finishes from polished brass to luxury 24 carat plating or real silver, as well as traditional nickel, antique silver and brass.

Belt loops can be precision colour filled in a wide range of standard colour options, Pantone matching is available for bulk runs.

Devanet® offer one of the widest range of branding solutions for metal belt loops/keepers with high speed galvo laser, C02 laser, diamond engraving, CNC precision deep engraving, Swarovski inlays, full colour inserts, colour filling and we can produe a belt loop in full colour using a special technique. Exlcusively made in the UK at our factory in Congleton all custom made metal belt loops are designed and made to order.

Minimum order for custom loops is 25 units and is subject to acceptable design and artwork supplied. One off specials can be made for gifts and special occasions.
