devanét custom made web belts offer the customer the most comprehensive web belts range available, from printed webbing, pantone matched webbing, multi stripe variations, stitched webbing, prong style buckles, plate style buckles and specially cast buckles and designs to make up your custom made belts.

 

WEBBING

On our site you can see the standard web belt yarns, we have available in the collection, these yarns can be made up order for belt webbing, if it is not a stock item the manufacture can be completed within a few weeks. The minimum run for non stock shades is 500 metres. Special pantone matched colours or new designed webbing, the run is 10,000 metres.

Special accessories for web belts - eyelets - PRESS STUDS

In the picture above you can see that the webbing is punched and fitted with eyelets, this service is available with standard 4 mm eyelets, others size are available but are subject to die costs and minimum runs, please ask for details. We can also apply press studs similar to our snap2system.

Transfer print

devanét can transfer print your logo or design up to full colour across the width of the belt, the number of positions will depend upon size of the design and customers requirement, The minimum run for transfer printing is 25 transfers. There are no setup charges.

Buckles

devanét can design and create your own buckle design whether it is a prong or plate style buckle. Finishes available are gun metal, polished brass, antique brass, antique silver, nickel polished or brushed, solid pewter antique or polished, stainless steel is available in limited designs. Some examples of the custom buckles are shown below. We can design your belt and buckle to your design, please ask us for further details how we can help you.
