CAST Buckles

devanét offer a diverse range of cast buckles to suit most applications for work, sport and casual. They fall into two main categories, plate styled buckles and prong style. All of these buckles are available in a variety of finishes from Nickel to Gunmetal ask us for details. The last two numbrs indicate the width of belt that is suitable and the "D" onthe end means that it is suitable for a full colour insert logo either resin filled or enamel.

 

Other methods of casting include solid pewter where small quantitIes can be made, the limitaion on pewter is the finishes available are either polished or standard moulded finish, some options of colour filling are also available. Devanet will design a pewter buckle with a minimum of 25 units, there will be a mould charge of betwen £150 and £250 depending upon the complexity.

Alloys casting are the most popular due to their unit cost after paying for tooling and we offer a service of designing and producing custom cast buckle s to your design from a little as 50 units, however economnic order quantities are 250 units.
